Nandita is married to Mukundan; she accidentally meets Rajeevan, her long lost friend and in due course become intimate. Will they continue their relationship?

Meghamalhar is a Malayalam adult musical romance film directed and scripted by Kamal.
It stars Biju Menon and Samyuktha Varma in the lead roles. Poornima Mohan, Ranjini, Sreenath, Shivaji, Siddique and Raghavan.
The film is usually regarded as one of the most poetic love stories in the 2000s. The plot of the movie is inspired from the English movie Brief Encounter.
